Return and Refund Policy

At ZnapAI, we strive to provide high-quality AI cost optimization services. Because our services are based on API usage and pay-as-you-go billing, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Pay-As-You-Go Charges

Charges incurred for API usage that is already used are non-refundable as the usage happens on the fly. Since you are billed only for what you use, we recommend monitoring your dashboard to manage your spending.

2. Account Credits

Unused prepaid credit balance in your account are refundable upto 7 days from the date you bought them, you can claim refund of the unused credits by contacting us at abu.zamani@znapai.com . For refund of unused credits, the transaction charges for payment processing will be deducted by payment aggregator. The unused credit balance to be eligible for refund needs to be above $10.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the event of technical errors on our platform that caused unintended charges. If you believe such an error has occurred, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a charge, please contact our support team at abu.zamani@znapai.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues fairly.
