1. Pay-As-You-Go Charges
Charges incurred for API usage are generally non-refundable. Since you are billed only for what you use, we recommend monitoring your dashboard to manage your spending.
2. Account Credits
Any prepaid credits added to your account are non-refundable.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the event of technical errors on our platform that caused unintended charges. If you believe such an error has occurred, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding a charge, please contact our support team at abu.zamani@znapai.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues fairly.
